We're looking for a confident and detail-focused Client Relationship Manager to deliver a five-star experience for clients, buyers, and industry partners. You'll play a key role in keeping the brand's image consistent and elevated from display suites and events to client meetings and executive support.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the client experience across display suites, launches, and private viewings

• Coordinating high-profile events with premium buyers and developers

• Supporting leadership with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and coordination

• Ensuring every client touchpoint reflects a refined, professional image

• Creating structure and flow in a fast-paced, design-focused environment

What are we looking for:

• Experience in real estate, new developments, or premium client service

• Immaculate personal presentation and strong communication skills

• Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused

• Confident in managing competing priorities and client expectations

• Naturally warm, engaging, and polished, a true brand ambassador
