At Envision Optical, we’re a proudly independent local practice that combines advanced technology with genuine patient connection, and exceptional care. One of our fabulous dispensing team is heading off overseas in early 2026, so we’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Optical Dispenser to join our team at Burleigh Waters and Tweed Heads South.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys optical fashion, thrives on technical detail, values community, and takes pride in helping patients experience their best vision.

About you:

• Qualified Optical Dispenser or significant dispensing experience (min. 2+ years).

• Skilled in lens selection, frame styling, adjustments, and troubleshooting.

• Passionate about patient care and building long-term relationships.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on exceptional patient care.

• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

• Have an innate desire to achieve great results and outstanding customer service

• Inherently organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure quality optical outcomes
